How do I take SolarCareB3 High Dose Vitamin B3 Tablets 500mg (180 Tablets)?
Our High Dose Vitamin B3 Tablets are recommended for use twice daily – usually morning and night – over a minimum period of three months. One bottle contains 180 Tablets which is a three months supply. Each tablet contains an impressive 500mg of Niacinamide.
Should I still apply Niacinamide topically?
For best results, we recommend using oral Niacinamide in conjunction with one of our topical Niacinamide products. All SolarCareB3 products work well with oral niacinamide. Along with the SolarCareB3 SPF 15, you may like to try these combinations; SolarCareB3 Intensive B3 – to target specific areas eg, face, neck, decolletage, back of hands, or the SolarCareB3 Super B3 Serum combined with the luxurious Signature SolarCareB3 Moisturiser.
Are these tablets safe?
Our new high-dose B3 tablets are TGA-approved and are 100% manufactured in Australia. Niacinamide taken at recommended doses is generally very well tolerated and is not associated with any common side effects.
